Wellness Wednesdays

As part of our School Self Evaluation we will be focusing on wellbeing in St Ultan’s. Learning new skills or doing something we enjoy can strengthen our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Each Wednesday the pupils will come together in groups to participate in a variety of fun activities. They can choose from yoga, zumba, football, running, walking, curling, archery, bowling or garden games.
